Alot has happened...
The summer, and Gairbraid was a really busy time (Working full time, and then a lot of extra volunteer time for Gairbraid). I diden't really have any free time at all. At the end of the summer I was completely exausted and needed to get away.
I ended up going to Mexico over the end of October. Had a pretty good time, tried to relax as much as I could... But I diden't bring my camera, beacouse I listen too much to other people. Stupid me. So I don't have any of my own photographs... I am SUPPOSED to get copies of the people I was with's ones though...
After that I continued to work my arse off constantly, occasionally (when I could) Visiting my girlfriend Angela in Toronto (3hr drive from where I live).
Then right before christmas, Angela's brother committed suicide... Not fun... A very tough time, still is had... Then to top it all off, about a week later, on Christmas no doubt, my uncle (who I lived with, worked for, and was sponcered in my apprentiship under) died of a massive coranary.
On Christmas day I lost the man who was like a father to me, my uncle, my job, and my journeyman... Not fun... I spent the next while way too occupied trying to take care of the many many things that needed to be done. Selling Equiptment, Selling Material, Selling the Trucks, etc... Overwhelming...
Then ontop of that I had to arrange my going to TRADE SCHOOL (for my apprentiship, have to go 3 times in total). So I got into Residance (THANKFULLY), and am at Lambton College in Sarnia, Ontario for the next 8 weeks. The course will likely be hard and take a lot of time... I feel overwhelmed allready, I hope I can cope.
Anyways that's what I have been up to... Definatly haven't had time to really create or post any art. That makes me sad... I need a release...
I guess that's why I desided to post to my Journal..
Cheers,
Steve (Dion.)

The cure for boredom is curiousity. There is no cure for curiosity.
